Great food and service! Loved this place and quick service. Both Texas toast sandwich and rancheros was great!
Food was good. Excellent brisket. Rice and beans also good . Clean and comfortable. Service was good. Menus could be a little more informative. Had to ask for what meats they had. Fair price for a barbecue meal. I took home about half the meat from a two meat dinner.
Everything you order is good! Good serving size. You will not go home hungry. I had the nachos with fajita, it was delicious!
The fajita breakfast hippo wasn't bad,kinda bland, used a lot of salsa to help it out Oatmeal Pecan Pancakes were a hit, as were the chorizo (extra) egg scramble it came with. Service was very good. Iced Tea was weak.
I was suggested this spot by a local. It turned out to be pretty good. There was a lot of people coming through so it must be very popular. We seated quickly and our server was extremely nice. She got to us right away and our food came fast. My food was delicious and had a lot of flavor. My drink was really good. I'm not sure how much alcohol was in it because I didn't taste any and I definitely didn't get a buzz. It was still very tasty. If I pass through the Harlingen area again I will for sure remember this spot.
